Ray Foundation connects education to opportunity through four pathways: education, Youth4AI, entrepreneurship, and mentorship.
Education
Learning, confidence, and school success. We are finishing a 7-classroom school that will serve children from nine rural villages, with learning materials, encouragement, and academic support.
Youth4AI
Digital literacy and responsible AI readiness. We help young people in Sierra Leone build digital literacy and responsible AI readiness.
Entrepreneurship
Practical skills, work readiness, and income ideas. We help young people in Sierra Leone turn ability into income and independence, through practical skills, work readiness, and mentorship.
Mentorship
Guidance that opens doors. We connect young people in Sierra Leone with caring mentors who guide, encourage, and believe in them.
