Ray Foundation began with one promise. A boy who walked miles to school in Bo, Sierra Leone, surviving a civil war that took everything but his mother's belief in education, told himself that one day he would come back. He did.

Today, that promise is taking shape as classrooms, textbooks, water taps, and mentorship for children who deserve every door we can open for them. We are small but focused. We do not try to solve every problem in Sierra Leone. We focus on the one thing that changes a life from the inside out, which is the chance to sit in a real classroom with the books and the teachers a child needs.
