Education

The Problem

Many children in rural Sierra Leone face real barriers to quality education — long distances to school, the cost of materials, and too few resources to support learning. Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

What Ray Foundation Is Doing

Right now, we are finishing a 7-classroom school that will serve children from nine rural villages. The roof and walls are already complete — built together with families, local leaders, and volunteers. We also support school success with learning materials, encouragement, and academic support, and we partner with communities so that progress lasts.

Who Benefits

Primary and secondary students in underserved communities — especially children whose families cannot easily afford the cost of staying in school.

What Support Is Needed

What remains to finish the school: windows, doors, desks, furniture, paint, and classroom learning materials. You can buy a desk, sponsor a classroom window, help finish a classroom, support a child's school kit, or become a Monthly Ray Builder. Every gift moves the school closer to opening day.

"A child's future should not be limited by the village they were born in."

Support Education

A classroom is not just four walls. It is the place where a child stops walking toward uncertainty and starts walking toward a future. Your gift helps finish it.
