OUR PROJECTS

Entrepreneurship

From skills to livelihoods. We help young people in Sierra Leone turn ability into income and independence.

The Problem

Even talented, hardworking young people in Sierra Leone struggle to find work or a steady income. Opportunities are scarce, and few have the practical skills, guidance, or startup support to build something of their own.

What Ray Foundation Is Doing

We build practical skills, work readiness, and income ideas — pairing training with mentorship so young people can move from learning to earning. The aim is dignity and independence, not dependence.

Who Benefits

Youth and school leavers ready to work — especially those who need a first opportunity, a practical skill, or the confidence to start something of their own.
