OUR PROJECTS
Mentorship
Guidance that opens doors. We connect young people in Sierra Leone with caring mentors who help them believe in their potential.
The Problem
Many young people in Sierra Leone have talent, ambition, and drive — but no one to guide them through decisions about school, work, leadership, and service. Without steady guidance, potential too often goes unseen and unsupported.
What Ray Foundation Is Doing
Mentorship gives young people someone to guide them, encourage them, correct them, and believe in them. We pair students and youth with mentors who offer consistent support — helping them build confidence, make good decisions, and see a future worth working toward.
Who Benefits
Students, school leavers, and young people stepping into work and leadership — especially those in communities with few role models or professional networks to lean on.

What Support Is Needed
We need volunteer mentors who can give steady time and encouragement, and donors who help cover training, coordination, and program materials. Your support helps a young person gain a guide they can trust.
